Standard of Conduct

All employees at all times shall conduct themselves and the business of the Company in an honest and ethical manner, compliant with Company policies and procedures, standard business practices, and relevant laws and regulations. The Company will support employees' ethical behavior through training, by example, and with ethical and technical support to employees' job functions, tasks and situations. Such support will be guided by a formal ethics program, which shall also include a means for prevention, detection and disciplinary action for unethical acts that may occur.
