Our Ethics Program is designed to ensure that all business operations comply with applicable industry standards and government regulations. Management commitment, ethics training and third party audits are an integral part of our Ethics Program, as identified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as critical elements to ensure data quality.

CORE LABORATORIES' ETHICS POLICY

Core Laboratories has maintained a corporate self-governance and compliance program since 1998 that is specifically structured to ensure acceptable data quality and prevent occurrence of wrongdoing. Core Laboratories' Ethics Program has been recognized as a model for other private and regulatory organizations. Key elements of our Ethics Program and due diligence are as follows.

• Company-wide Ethics Program and Ethics Policy
• Full time Compliance Officer
• Full-time (24-7) Helpline to the Compliance Officer available for reporting any suspected wrongdoing or for obtaining answers on ethical, technical or other questions
• Posters at each office with the Ethics Policy and Helpline Access Information
• Individual Ethics Agreements signed by every employee at the start of their employment
• Employee ethics information brochures provided to all employees, including the CORE LAB Guide for Making Ethical Decisions and Ethics Do's and Don'ts
• Zero tolerance on unethical conduct, including resulting termination for any such occurrences
• Completion of a Reportable Transaction and Conflicts of Interest Questionnaire by all employees on a bi-annual basis, including periodic ethics questionnaires
