The Owen Oil Tools Manufacturing facility is located on an 1100-acre site in Johnson County just north of Godley, Texas. It has a total production area of 213,000 sq. ft., including a new 70,000 sq. ft. Hardware Manufacturing Facility completed in November of 2003. A new 22,500 sq. ft. Materials Warehouse is scheduled for completion in September of 2004.
Founded in 1984, Owen Oil Tools currently employs over 450 employees worldwide, including approximately 200 engineering, warehouse, and production personnel located at the Godley Manufacturing facility.
Owen Oil Tools is an ISO-9001:2000 certified facility. Five thousand different assemblies and approximately 16,000 sub-components are manufactured on-site. There are 18 CNC turning Centers, 2 CNC milling centers, 2 Laser machines and numerous conventional lathes and mills operating within the manufacturing facility.
