The Pulse Wave system eliminates the need for blank spacer guns on long TCP intervals in either vertical or horizontal wells.
It can be used in underbalanced, overbalanced, and well stimulation scenarios. It provides efficiencies by eliminating spacer
gun misfires, reduced man-hours to prepare before and clean up after a job, and lower explosive residue which reduces environmental
impact. Safety is also improved due to less ballistic material handling.
With bullhead-diverter type recompletions, new perforations are required in the existing well casing and then diverters
are used to pump and stimulate the reservoir through the new perforations. Pulse Wave Perforating is a breakthrough
technology that provides a new method to efficiently and economically add new perforations to the existing wellbore.
