Torque Wrench Calibration Bench
The technological achievement rests as much in the creation of a mechanical system enabling to delete parasite torque as in the integration of the ST expertise in automation of complex processes.

The equipment can be controlled with a synoptic (FALCON® software) or with electric cabinet and log the values of the differents parameters (reference torque, test torque, position, speed)
Thanks to the electric cabinet, it is possible to rotate the reference torque sensor according to a given speed (in degree per hour) or turn it until a position.
It’s also possible to make a regulation in constant torque (according to a percentage depending on the span of measure), until the set point torque and constant value regulation.
