Government & Institutional
Independent inspection and monitoring is an important tool to optimize the results of any development program, humanitarian aid project, or commodity transaction. Independent inspection and monitoring is a key factor in accommodating the concerns regarding nutrition value, proper labelling, food quality and quantity.
SAUDI DEVELOPMENT AND RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM FOR YEMEN
The Saybolt International Company was contracted as a neutral inspection company to follow up on all stages of the oil derivatives grant. Starting with the arrival of the tranches to the Aden Refinery and until their delivery to the final beneficiary.
The company is tasked with monitoring all power stations and documenting individual plant’s daily consumption of fuel as well as the amount of energy produced across all south governorates.
Additionally, the inspection company registers the meter readings of the delivered oil derivatives before and after receiving the oil tankers as well as the daily rate of energy production by the various power plants.
