Shock Absorber Tool
The Shock Absorber Tool (SAT) is intended for use in perforating and other ballistics operations that require shock protection for more sensitive tool-string elements. The SAT is designed to perform shock absorption despite high bending movements. Owen Instrumentation’s SAT is unique in that it not only provides shock absorption for forces below but also when the tool string drops back down the hole.
