Ethics and Compliance

Core Lab has taken extensive measures to ensure that the services and data the Company provides are of the highest quality and that employees adhere to the highest standards of integrity. Core’s Ethics and Compliance program ensures that all business operations comply with applicable industry standards and government regulations. Management commitment, ethics training, and internal and third-party audits are integral parts of the program.

Code of Ethics and Corporate Responsibility

Guiding its Ethics and Compliance program is Core Lab’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Responsibility (the “Code”).

The Code covers a wide range of ethical business practices and corporate social responsibility matters and outlines the Company’s commitment to ensure employees have the information they need to conduct themselves and Core’s business ethically, responsibly, and compliantly.

Employee Reporting Mechanisms

Core Lab fosters a culture where employees can raise workplace problems, complaints, or concerns in a supportive framework and ensures grievances are handled appropriately without fear of retaliation.
